PEEL AND EAT ROASTED SHRIMP COCKTAIL

Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
Arrange large shrimp on a sheet tray in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Roast shrimp for 8-10 minutes until opaque and pink. Let cool
SPICY COCKTAIL SAUCE
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon tabasco
